Five Habits For Better Lifestyle !!

A good lifestyle is a dream of many, we all wish to have a better life. Here are five habits for better lifestyle. I am here to share the habits which added value to my life.

1. Planning your day

Here comes the most important step you need to take in order to make your day productive and better. It happens so many times that we have no clue of our day and this “no clue ” situation unknowingly destroys more than 50% of productivity. When we plan our day properly we know exactly what tasks are to be completed on that particular day. Writing your tasks can help your brain remember all the important things you need to complete and reduces the chance of forgetting the things which you really should remember.

2. Reading a book

Reading is something that help you to grow mentally. It has so much in it that words can never be enough to explain its benefit. When you read, your imagination power increases, you learn something from each chapter. Reading a book is a part of personal growth. Some of you may find reading books a bit boring, well I suggest you people to start with books which holds your area of interest. To get used to this habit start with reading two to three pages daily and see the difference.

3.Meditation

We all have heard about this somewhere but failed to realize how much impact it can create in our daily lifestyle. The meditation which I am talking about is not the one in which you have to sit chanting mantras for hours, No!! All you need to do is sit in a quite place and talk to your self. The idea behind this is to spend few minutes out of 24 hours with yourself, no mobile phones, no stress, just be with yourself and see what all thoughts you have in your mind. This will help you to understand yourself better and when you know yourself better, you know what you really want to do and never ever get confused. Try it out ! It has done wonders to me.

4. Writing gratitude journal

We all have problems in our daily life, some have more some have less but still we have many things to thank for. Showing gratitude helps you to realize that apart from all the problems you face in life you have got many more things you should be thankful for. Writing gratitude will help you to remember all the good things God has gifted you. Take some time out of you day to thank God for all that you have.

5. Become organized

Now suppose you planned your day and thought to carry out all your tasks well but you were not able to find your file or any other stuff you needed to complete the task or you wanted to read a book in the morning but didn’t find one. To stay away from all the chaos most important thing is to become organized and keep all the things ready which you will be needing the very next day. Keeping things at their places would be a good start. When you become organized it helps you to be more productive and waste less time.

So, these were five habits that changed my life and helped me to grow personally. I hope they help you all too!
